Short term and long term rental contracts are now available.

2. SCHEDULE A TOUR.

Seeing is believing! In order for you to get a feel for the space we require that you book a tour of our facility prior to booking. This way you can get a better understanding of the various different rooms we have available for you to choose from. You will love our massive two story building! Once we check availability and can can accommodate your special day and time frame, we will work on your agreement. In order for your event to go into our system, we require a 50% deposit to hold the space. It’s that easy.

MANIFEST (STUDIO 7) "THE BALLROOM"

Also known as "The Ballroom" this is the South Bays best kept secret. Most likely the largest studio around. Disco Lights, Par Cans, LED Lights, and amazing sound. Natural Lighting.

VISION (STUDIO 6)

One of the crowd favorites because it has ample mood lighting and good ventilation. One of the most prized rooms in the entire building, the Vision room will help to inspire anything that takes place inside of it. Rent this room in conjunction to Manifest and secure the entire 2nd floor for your function. Note: This room no longer has window shades or ballet barres (the photo is slightly outdated).

VORTEX (STUDIO 5)

Also known as the “treehouse,” this room is super hip! Its walls are covered in a sheik wood patterned veneer. It is fully furnished with Couch, Table to work in, Fridge, Plasma Tv with Netflix, and more. This is the perfect space practically any use especially co-working and music rehearsing. Best aspect of this room is the fact that it is the only room that has it’s own bathroom!

To be Lucid is to experience vivid and clear dreams . This room boasts 9 foot high ceilings which make it feel lofty. It’s also fully equipped with sprung Birch Floors. This room is so clean, and has LED lights you can adjust to make the room glow in whatever color you wish! This room offers Ballet Barres.

Relentless means to never give up or give in, stay unwavering in your path and keep it moving. This room boasts 10 foot high ceilings which make it feel lofty. It’s also fully equipped with sprung Birch Floors. It’s a vibe for sure! This room offers Ballet Barres.

PURPOSE (STUDIO 2)

Also known as "The Content Creator Room," this spectacular black box space has been repurposed to attract photographers and videographers exclusively. Are you producing a fashion look book, or want to create a commercial for your innovative product. Located on the ground floor, this room is easily accessible to the alley making it very convenient to load in large equipment and gear. Are you a photographer looking for a good space to work?

Also known as the “VIP Lounge,” this room is perfect for private lessons and small group instruction. Have a zoom class or want to shoot a tik tok video? This space is perfect! The pristine, blank white walls provide the perfect set up for a professionally delivered session. Want to change the mood? You can adjust the color of lights to complement any specific vibe! This room has a cozy living room set up, refrigerator, microwave, and a plasma tv complete with Netflix! Room works great for when you need to host a client and their guests.
